Many of our Clients have gifts made specifically to suit their promotions. We work with customers to achieve the look they want and maximize the impact of the gift they are giving.

If you have an idea for a gift that is not listed in our brochure our dedicated team will happily source it for you and we will do the rest.

Personalisation

"In-House" Screen Printing, Pad Printing and Foil Blocking allow us to personalise promotions with a company name, logo or special message.

Please note a minimum order of 20 gifts is required for this service. If 50 gifts or more are ordered the printing service is FREE OF CHARGE!

Ordering your gift

We offer a wide variety of ordering options, via our website, fax, email or by speaking personally to one of our customer care team.

Delivery

Delivery is between next day and 4 days; if you have a specific date for delivery please advise when ordering.

Fresh food

Hampers containing fresh food are sent for next-day delivery, therefore, cannot be ordered for delivery on a Monday. We recommend that all fresh food hampers are sent directly to the recipient rather than a central point for redistribution. Please note that perishable items must be unpacked on receipt and refrigerated.

Substitutions

Every effort will be made to supply the items displayed. However, in the event of supply difficulties, or limited edition with the bears, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal quality and value.
