1. Delivery information and charges
For delivery of any items over 1kg to one address the charge is £7.95
+ VAT.
For delivery of any items under 1kg one address the charge
is £5.95 + VAT.
For delivery of 20 or more hampers/gifts to one address delivery
is FREE OF CHARGE.
Delivery information applies to Mainland UK addresses only – Non Mainland UK destinations will incur a surcharge. This includes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Please telephone for details. Please note that we do not despatch fresh food items to these destinations. The last date of despatch to these destinations is week ending 10th December. Some orders may arrive in consignments; we aim to deliver all gifts before your week ending date as requested.
We do not offer a delivery service to Continental Addresses; this includes Eire and Channel Islands.
The last day for us to receive orders to guarantee Christmas delivery is Friday, 3rd December. This is for standard and non-personalised gifts. "Specials" and overprinted gifts must have confirmed orders by 26th November.
Guarantee of Delivery
All goods despatched are controlled by a computerised tracking system and have to be signed for on delivery. Damaged or lost goods are replaced, free of charge. Accurate information from you is vital. Please ensure that addresses and telephone numbers are clearly typed. Telephone numbers are extremely helpful and should be provided if available. Our delivery system is based on postcodes. Please help us to help you by providing accurate, clearly written postcodes.
2. Gift Cards and Messages
We are pleased to enclose your personal card or compliment slip at no charge. (No larger than 21cm x 15cm).
3. Gift Personalisation
We are able to personalise most of the gifts in the brochure with your name, logo or special message.
ARTWORK FORMATS
To enable quick and trouble free printing of your logo, we require your artwork to be sent in one of the following formats: -
Adobe Illustrator/EPS, Freehand, CorelDraw, with all fonts converted to outlines (curves).
This can be e-mailed to jon.callaghan@porterandwoodman.co.uk or sent on a floppy disc, CD or e-mail in either PC or MAC format.
A hard copy should then be sent in the post to give us a guide of what is required and include an accurate colour breakdown (Panatone References). Failure to do this could result in a delay to meeting your order requirement date.
All artwork/layouts will be e-mailed or fax proofed to the customer for approval before printing commences.
All artwork sent in an incorrect format will be returned.
If digital artwork is not available, it might be possible to work from a letterhead, although this could incur an extra charge. The minimum order for this service is 20 gifts (may be a mixture or all gifts).
The printed price allows for up to two-colour print. If you order more than 50 gifts, printing is free.
All overprinted orders must be received by November 26th to guarantee Christmas delivery.
4. Fresh Food
If a "through Christmas" best before date is required on fresh food we cannot despatch the following before the dates specified:
All cheeses week ending 19th November.
Ham and salmon week ending 17th December.
5. Returns Policy
How to return your goods:
In the unlikely event that you wish to return a product please follow these 7 guidelines. The guidelines are there to make the returns process straightforward.
1. The goods should be returned within 7 working days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed with JustoSay Ltd) un-used and in original packaging with printed notes and paperwork.
2. We need your name, address, invoice no. plus the reason for returning the item (s) in writing.
3. Goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused during return transit. Note: Goods remain the responsibility of the Customer until JustoSay Ltd receives them. For example please ensure that goods are packed in sufficient wrapping so that it cannot scratch, dent or break the goods in transit, ensure that any glass is well covered to prevent breakage etc. Please also be aware that on high value items that JustoSay Ltd require you to take out additional insurance in case of loss or damage.
4. Please note that all goods returned are liable to a restocking charge of 20% (unless faulty or returned within 7 days) and that postage and packaging is not refundable other than through a JustoSay Ltd, company error.
5. If you believe your goods may be faulty please telephone our main switchboard number on 01684 296590 to discuss this with one of our staff members before returning the goods. It may be that we are able to resolve most problems you are experiencing over the telephone thereby saving you the trouble of repacking and returning an item. If we cannot resolve the problem over the telephone then we will agree to a return. (Please follow the guidelines in 1 - 7)
6. Authorised returns of faulty goods must be accompanied by information as in number 2 above and a letter explaining fully the reasons you think they are faulty. If the goods are faulty they will be replaced or refunded. These regulations state that customers should have the right to return all goods purchased online or by phone within 7 days, for any reason, provided the goods are in a resaleable condition (unopened, seals intact etc). They are then entitled to a full refund, excluding delivery costs.
7. We endeavour to make our instructions as clear as possible and would welcome any suggestions you have to make them even easier!
PAYMENT
By credit/debit card via the web site. Cheques can be accepted via telephone orders, and are payable on delivery.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Every effort will be made to supply the items displayed in the photographs. However, in the event of supply difficulties, or limited edition with the bears, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal quality and value.
VAT AND DUTY
VAT and Duty is charged at the current rate (August 2004) and may be subject to change. Some gifts contain zero food items. On these items a percentage VAT rate has been calculated
